This ongoing live course is your invitation to pause, slow down, and care for your nervous system in a fast-paced world. With three 60-minute live sessions per week, you’ll combine: Yin Yoga: long-held, passive stretches that open connective tissue and ease joint tension Yoga Nidra: guided yogic rest that calms the mind, boosts recovery, and supports deep sleep Each session is unique — alternating between physical release, emotional reset, and mental stillness. You can join as often as your schedule allows, whether once or all three times a week. No experience or flexibility needed. This course is designed for working professionals, especially those managing stress, screen fatigue, or sleep issues.
