

From Tech to the Timeless Path of Yoga
I wasn’t always standing at the front of a yoga class. For years, I lived a fast-paced life in the tech world—busy deadlines, constant screens, and the subtle stress that so many of us carry without noticing. Somewhere deep inside, I knew there had to be more—a way to feel connected, whole, and alive.
That inner calling led me back to my roots in India, where I immersed myself in yoga not just as physical movement, but as a way of life. I studied at the world’s oldest yoga institute in Mumbai and continued my training in the foothills of the Himalayas in Rishikesh. There, yoga stopped being something I did—it became something I lived.
Today, I carry that wisdom into my teaching. My classes both online and offline (Augsburg) are more than asanas—they are a blend of breath, philosophy, and mindful movement that help modern professionals find calm in chaos, energy in stillness, and clarity in the everyday.
This year, I was humbled to be honoured by the Embassy of India in Berlin and Munich for my contribution to spreading authentic Indian yoga in Germany. For me, this recognition is not the destination, but a milestone on a long journey of bringing yoga’s timeless wisdom into modern lives.
Every class I teach is rooted in one simple intention: to remind us that peace and strength are not found outside, but within.
