You do not need flexibility or prior knowledge. All sessions are adapted to individual needs.

This is not a physically intense retreat. The focus is on rest, awareness, and nervous system balance.


Only 7 participants to maintain a personal and supportive atmosphere.

  • Early Bird: 385€ (until 30. April 2026)

  • Standard: 445€

  • Bring a friend: 365€ each


Payment Options: 

Payment can be done in 2 installments. Initial registration amount of 200€ needs to be transferred to reserve your spot. And the rest amount can be paid on the day of the retreat in cash or transfer.
