For years I worked in the corporate and technology world while searching for something deeper. Through yoga, meditation and the chakra system, I discovered that many of our struggles are not random. They often relate to specific patterns within us. Chakra Sadhana is created to help others explore these patterns in a practical and grounded way.

This is not a quick fix spirituality course. It is a structured inner journey designed for those who want to understand themselves more deeply and experience yoga beyond physical postures.

Over 8 weeks, we move systematically through the chakra system from Root to Crown — not only intellectually, but experientially.

Inspired by classical yogic teachings and Kundalini Tantra, this program bridges ancient wisdom with modern life in a grounded and practical way.

Modern life constantly stimulates the nervous system, but rarely teaches us how to regulate it.

Yoga was never only about flexibility.

Traditional yoga was designed as a complete system for understanding the body, mind, emotions, energy, and consciousness. The chakra system is one of those maps. Why 8 Weeks?

Lasting change requires repetition and integration. Each chakra is explored for one full week through yoga, breathwork, meditation, reflection and daily practices. This allows insights to become lived experience rather than just information.

WEEKLY LIVE SESSION (Every Sunday)

Each Sunday we gather live online for an immersive session where we explore:

  • the chakra of the week

  • its significance in modern life

  • psychological and energetic patterns

  • associated asanas

  • breathwork

  • mantra

  • meditation

  • daily integration practices

Each session includes both theory and practice to be continues for the entire 1 week.


DAILY SELF PRACTICE

Throughout the week you will continue practicing independently using the techniques shared during the live session. We will check-in mid week. You will be supported and guided throughout.


WHATSAPP COMMUNITY SUPPORT

You will be part of a private WhatsApp group where participants can:

  • share reflections

  • ask questions

  • stay accountable

  • discuss experiences

  • support one another throughout the journey

This creates a sense of collective practice, accountability and commitment.
