About the event

आज्ञा चक्र

Ajna Chakra is an Energy Center, located at the top end of our spinal cord, inside the brain inline with the eyebrow center — the point where Ida, Pingala and Sushumna meet, and connected to the pineal gland deep within the brain.

Known by many names

The Third Eye — the eye of intuition, perception beyond the physical senses.

The Command Center — the point where all incoming perception is monitored and directed.

The Guru Chakra — ruled by Jupiter, planet of wisdom, teaching, and the preceptor within.

There is a point in our practice where we stop looking for more answers outside ourselves and begin to observe more carefully what is already happening within.

In the yogic tradition, this is the field of Ajna Chakra — the centre associated with inner vision, concentration, discernment and awareness.

This 30-day Sadhana is an invitation to explore that space through consistent practice.

Not to achieve something extraordinary.

Not to “activate the third eye” overnight.

Simply to sit, practise, observe — and gradually develop a more intimate relationship with your own mind.

What is Ajna Chakra?

Ajna is traditionally described as the sixth chakra and is associated with the space between the eyebrows, known as Bhrumadhya.

It is often referred to as the third eye or the eye of intuition.

In yogic philosophy, Ajna is associated with qualities such as:

concentration · discernment · inner awareness · intuition · clarity

It is also traditionally described as the Guru Chakra — the centre connected with inner guidance and wisdom.

In subtle-body practices, Ajna is described as an important meeting point of the three principal nadis:

Ida · Pingala · Sushumna

Rather than treating Ajna as something to “switch on”, this Sadhana approaches it as a field of awareness that can be explored through practice.

Why practise Ajna Sadhana?

Through regular practice, we can begin to cultivate:

Clarity of Thought · Inner Wisdom · Sharper Memory · Clearer Vision · Deeper Focus · Willpower · Discernment · Less Attachment · Steadier Emotions · A Sense of Direction

When this Chaks is out of balance it shows up in 2 ways:

Blocked

Trouble visualizing or imagining what's possible

A quiet habit of denial — sensing the truth and looking away

Indecision, or over-relying on others to think for you

Mental fog, forgetfulness, difficulty concentrating

Feeling disconnected from any sense of purpose

Overactive

Hallucinations, or difficulty telling imagination from reality

Nightmares, restless sleep, an overactive mind at night

Migraines, headaches, pressure between the brows

Overthinking, obsessive analysis, mental exhaustion

Feeling ungrounded — spaced out, hard to stay present

The Practice

Drawn from traditional meditation and kriya practice, this sadhana is practiced consistently for thirty days — to gradually stimulate, activate, and balance the chakra.

Carried through generations, offered exactly as it was given — nothing added, nothing rushed.

What’s Included

Two Live Sessions Weekly — practiced together over Zoom, meditation-led. Every session is recorded.

Daily Home Practice — short guided recordings for the days we don't meet live.

A Private Group — a small, closed circle for the month, for accountability and quiet encouragement.

The intention behind Chakra Sadhana is

Not perfection. Not instant enlightenment.

But meaningful and lasting inner transformation.

For years I worked in the corporate and technology world while searching for something deeper. Through yoga, meditation and the chakra system, I discovered that many of our struggles are not random. They often relate to specific patterns within us. Chakra Sadhana is created to help others explore these patterns in a practical and grounded way.

Inspired by classical yogic teachings and Kundalini Tantra, this program bridges ancient wisdom with modern life in a grounded and practical way.

Get a brief overview of Chakras and their significance in your daily life:

She takes the time to explain each posture in detail, offering modifications when needed and ensuring that everyone practices safely and effectively.

What truly sets Meenakshi Sharma apart is her ability to create a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere. Her classes are not just about physical postures but also about mindfulness, breathing, and self-awareness.
