Let’s not beat around the bush. You’re struggling to Stay Fit. The cycle of missed workouts, adds to the stress leading to unhealthy eating and poor sleep—it feels endless, doesn’t it? Meanwhile, the clock keeps ticking, and the calendar keeps flipping. But I’m not here to ask for big New Year resolutions. All I’m asking for is one small thing: a little sincerity toward yourself. A clear intention to feel better. The rest? I’ll take care of it. You want a good life. Physical, Mental and Emotional well being. That will show up not only as a glowing face but also as healthier relationships with yourself and with the people around. To help you get there, I’ve created a 30-minute yoga class, 4 days a week. Simple. Doable. Life-changing. I know what it feels like to struggle with discipline. I wasn’t always consistent either. I failed, tried again, and failed some more until I built a routine that transformed my life.
