Swarantar (स्वरांतर)
Swar = voice, sound, or the self.
Antar = within, inner, inward.
Swarantar, a Sanskrit word meaning “inner voice” or “sound within.”
This is a space where the mind quiets, and the soul begins to speak.

Most of the time, we’re acting out of outward needs — responding to the world, holding ourselves together, doing what needs to be done.
But the inside rarely gets a voice.
And over time, the unspoken piles up — until we forget it’s even there.
This is a space to feel that again.
A weekly circle of practice.
Where we write what makes no sense. Chant what can’t be said.
Sit with ourselves. And clear what’s heavy.
This is not a class.
It’s a practice. A ritual. A return.
If you feel called — welcome.
What We’ll Do
Each week’s circle includes:
-
Gibberish Writing – 5 -10 minutes of nonsense writing to clear the mind
-
Pranayama – Simple breathwork to center
-
Chanting – Om and Ganpati mantra
-
Trataka or silence – Stillness, grounding, and inner attention
-
Mooladhara Meditation – Root-centered awareness
-
Closing Sharing – Optional reflections, integration
