What Is Prana Sadhana?
Prana Sadhana is a 21 day guided journey into the practices of yoga that work directly with breath, awareness and inner stillness.
Each session combines gentle movement, pranayama, meditation, mudras and selected yogic techniques to help you establish a meaningful daily practice.
This is not simply a meditation challenge.
It is an opportunity to experience how conscious work with the breath can influence every aspect of your life.
